3 Year and 1 Year Limited Warranties

If the computer system you purchased came with 24 hour a day, 7 days a week technical support, please call the toll free number on the Service Label attached to your system for service.

You must have a valid warranty number to get support. This number is located on the label affixed to the top or back of your BOLData computer. A duplicate label should also be affixed to your invoice.

Please carefully follow the instructions located on your Warranty Card.

All BOLData servers come standard with a three year limited warranty.

All other systems — including workstations, desktop computer systems, notebooks, LCD PCs, Mini PCs, eCube, GBox and Brick PCs — come standard with a 1 year limited warranty, upgradeable to 3 years..
